 1. What is Abang Travel?
Abang Travel is a chartered car service provider in Taiwan that provides services for tourists. We cater to various transportation needs of tourists such as airport transfers, day tours, city-to-city transfers, and other customized transportation needs in Taiwan.

2. How do I book a car service with Abang Travel Taiwan?
You can book a car service with Abang Travel Taiwan by sending us email at AbangTravelTaiwan [at] gmail [dot] com. You can provide your travel details and preferences, we will reply to you with suggestion of car type and route and itinerary.

3. What are the payment options available?
We accept payments through Paypal. Customer are required to upfront pay deposit in order to confirm the booking. Balance of the payment is to pay directly to the dedicated driver in Taiwan with cash.

4. What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking with Abang Travel Taiwan up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. However, if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, there will be no refund.

5. What types of vehicles does Abang Travel Taiwan offer?
Abang Travel Taiwan offers a variety of vehicles such as sedans, SUVs, vans, and buses. You can select a car type according to your travel needs and group size.

6. Are the car rental fees inclusive of toll fees and parking fees? Do we need to pay extra for driver's accommodation?
Yes, the car rental fees are inclusive of toll fees and parking fees. You don't need to pay anything extra for these services. 
As for some outskirt popular tourist spot which may need subsidy for driver's accommodation, we will inform in advance according to your itinerary.

7. Is there any language restriction for the drivers?
Our drivers are proficient in mainly Taiwanese Mandarin and basic English, so language won't be an issue. However, if you require a driver who speaks a specific language, please let us know, and we'll do our best to arrange it for you.

8. Are there any hidden charges?
No, there are no hidden charges. We provide transparent pricing, and the total amount payable is visible in the booking form.

9. Can I modify my booking details after making a reservation?
You can modify your booking details up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. However, any modification requested within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to availability.

6. 租车费用包含过路费和停车费吗？需要补贴司机住宿吗？
是的，租车费用包含过路费和停车费。您无需为这些服务支付额外费用。
在某些偏远的景点，如果需要津贴司机住宿，我们会提早根据行程提早通知，以让你有所准备。

7. 司机有语言限制吗？
